El Elyon, the God Most High!

Been chatting w yoke yee for 2 days in a row over the phone. Really thank God that she is recovering fast! Indeed, our most Sovereign God is in charge of all situations we are facing! Even her operation!

Today cg time was quite funny during the first hour. We had charades the taiwan show way and had so much laughter over how to act out the Bible characters and passing the action 'correctly' to the ppl in front of them. =D I think one of the most impt lessons i learnt frm today is that: I know I can thank God cos He is in control of my financial situation I have in sch. Received a cpf letter saying that my family might not have enough to cover my uni sem fees thru cpf payment. As you know, bank loan is so much higher interest rate and preferable payment (i analysed) is still CPF. Don't wanna burden the family. I felt worried at first cos its like a problem that wasn't easy to handle. But, God comforted me and assured me, as I was preparing for BS that since He is El Elyon, He is sovereign over my financial situation as well! And He will provide for me! On the way home after church jus now, Daddy said that my ex-church aunties (those that saw me grow up as a child) actually asked him if my family was coping well with my education fees. God brings ppl to us even b4 we approach others! hmm..will see how things go, if really need, mayb can loan frm them first! Thank you Jesus for providing a way out! Thank you, God that even as i prepared for BS, I was blessed by His word too! yeah yeah!

Jus now had a FULL swensens treat frm P. Jabez! *clapclap* yummy! we stayed there from like 3-5 pm! Then a few of us made our way to bt batok to have a farewell dinner with Justin. He is leaving for army le! (goodbyes and see you soon!)
