Being in God's Will!

Being in God's Will!

Whats the best thing that could happen in one's life? I believe is knowing that you are in line with God's will!! Its jus a super happy, praise-the-lord kinda feeling!

I have been praying and asking God what He wants to show the CG, and if the Bible study that I prepare is what He wants to show them. The BS was on Worship vs Serving. During the week, God taught me how to apply it to my own life. Its interesting how we can lead Bible studies and ultimately find that you youself have gained much frm the lessons learnt!

I realised that there are just too many things that caught my attention and i have been gg thru the mental checklist of 'have i called this person? have i spent enough time w cg? have i catched up with this other person? whats the next thing i should do?' The list goes on and on. And i pondered over what i shared on sunday. It just hit home. God told me this 'There are times that you just have to put all these aside and jus come worship me.' Pastor Glenn said at the pre-prayer @ Sonic fest that Seek FIRST HIS KINGDOM and His righteousness. yup, i jus gotta seek Him first before everything else would fall into place. With a heart of worship, serving God would flow naturally even if it means just picking up litter at Sonic fest, says Pastor Glenn. So true! (And i mentioned that at cg too! only that when the truth is revealed a second time, i caught it totally!)

The next happy thing that happened was on Sunday's church bulletin, titled 'What Worship Is Not' Auntie Annabel's write-up touched on the passage that was studied during cg on Abraham bringing Isaac to be sacrificed at Mt Moriah. He told his servant this, 'wait here, while the boy and I go up the mountain and worship' (Worship was an impt part, since Abraham's times). And one of the bs questions was the difference btw worship and praise. Which is what was in the church bulletin too! 'Kathleen Chapman - Praise is abt us -our response to God for what He has done for us. (outward expression) Worship is all about God, who He is and what He has done (inward expression).

Its just so clear - as i told Jedidiah about it on sunday night, God is definitely speaking to us on this! Worship the Lord, ppl!

Thanksgiving: I passed my QET(english) test! Got band 5!highest is band6. yeah! dont need to take english modules! I got the 4 modules i bidded for, sociology, social work, history, chinese tradition. just bidded for chinese biz in spore. Hope i can get it! =D

God is great! CG is growing, i am growing too.. Anyone interested to go Festival Of Praise this friday @ indoor stadium? Meet 4pm at Kallang MRT..
