Whats up with NUS?

I am officially a student at NUS. Have not started classes and its a stressful enviroment that im getting myself into! I can jus feel it.. e Bidding system and figuring out how the whole system works is crazy! i went to the talks, got help frm friends ard me before i finally got the whole pic! I wonder why there are 2 accounts for us to bid and why is it so complicated to have different modules from all over the dept as Uni requirements! im praying for favor to get the modules i bid for cos u never noe what others bid and if their bids are higher than yours, they might jus get the module. So i figured, the only way out is to just surrender to God and trust that He will give me the best in His plan. =D

I went for orientation yday. (Its actually a week long thing but i not gg today n tml cos got Sandy's chalet and sonic fest tml..hee) My group's name sounds silly..its called Tau Huay! And the house name is Tau Pok, so we have groups like Tau Ni, Tau Mei and Tau Sa! *faints* My OGL and the counsellors are hyper but my team is kinda quiet..I think its becos my team guys are quiet..so it influences the gals..haha..I see other teams super happening cos the guys also siao siao one (envy happening teams).. =D Got to know 2 girls, eileen and melissa..takin Psychology and Lit. Within the group, onli me and another girl are from POly. And I realised how stressful it will be to compete with these smart ppl frm JCs i would never imagine to be in. They are so 'english speaking'! will i get to know ppl of the same wave length? I just know that i got to do my best in Uni, show them that poly grads can make it too!
