Yoz! After 1 wk rest frm blogging, I have been remined by my dear sister Aggie to update my blog! Well, first let me share w u abt church retreat.. =D

It was indeed a refeshing experience w God as Pastor Benny gave his series of sermonds on nuturing ur inner life. Devotion, Motivation, Restoration, Preoccupation & Contemplation are the areas in our life tat we can look into to walk rt with God. Every sermon speaks to my heart & I can rmb the touching moments as we responded to God during e altar call. We would jus kneel & lift our hands in worship to the King! Could really feel God's presence in tt conference hall as He ministered to each one of us! PTL!

My room-mate is fan-ta-bu-lous! Hee~ HI there Cheryl! Really glad to get to know u better during this trip. The funny memories tt we have of our bathtub hanger & curtian toppling down, the afternoon when we jus laze ard and ate cheese cakes & also the 7am swim tt we struggled to wake up to get some morning exercise! hahaz.. Sometimes you jus wish those memories could re-wind and playback again rite? =D

Not forgetting other gd times like shopping w sue, cy, pris, Makota w jess, emily & the rest & losing each other in e middle of the shopping trip! (haha), oh yah! I rmb the Peranakan nite the most! Our table was cheering for Frankie so tt he could win a nights' stay @ Hotel Equatorial. We even took video of his as he lured the audience into singing w him! It was humorous! But he lost our vote when he gave a totally wrong ans for QnA! Frankie, its not a fact! You shouln say tt gravity is sth tt makes girls weigh heavier! *alarm buzzes frantically*
But we did have fun giggling w laugther! Andrew also video-ed our dear York Yee dancing Peranakan dance while his dad, Pastor Kenny was strumming a famouns Elvis Presley song & singing too! hahaz..

That nite, we planned to go to the night market. Ended up me, cy, pris n frankie waiting for andrew & Caleb cheong @ the entrance of wat we tot was the market they wanted to go to. Waited for like 25 min b4 we decided to start shopping. When we reached the hotel, then we realised tt they were faster than us! They were sitting down, enjoying the cheese cakes frm secret receipe claiming tt we went to the wrong nite market! Gosh!

In Short, yum yums for the retreat are: Great company!! Great food, esp. all e breakfast, lunch, dinner buffets @ Equatorial, hainanese chicken rice balls, cheese cakes & Shakey's pizza! Cute Asher!! (Esp when he danced on stage & shouted WAKE UP WAKE UP!AHH!on the bus~hahaz)Loads of laughter & MOST IMPTLY, refreshed + recharged by God!
