Outing to the Zoo!!

Outing to the Zoo!!
Joanne brought the whole call centre to the zoo on sat..hee..like mama bringing kids..Actually i was off that day, so i went to NUS open house first b4 i went to meet the rest. It was quite cool..went with Diana early in the morning to the open house to walk ard n see what social work can offer..I think God realli blessed me with a new fren even b4 i start sch..Praise God!Diana is really a gal that loves to help others & has common interest as me to serve the community..i will be meeting her again to plan which NUS camp to go to b4 term starts..yeah!

It was raining super heavily when we reached the zoo...so Joanne suggested that we have 'picnic' @ the entrance and wait for the rain to stop first. it was so fun! like a big family having lunch together..everyone brought something from home to share with all..most humorous one was Gabriel..he brought hotdogs and keep on forcing us to eat them!haha..(thanks anyway, gab!) After lunch, it was still drizzling but we still headed on..It was a long long walk around the zoo! we walked, stopped, took pics and walked..haha.. Ah lyea took pic with a huge python (eeek!).. The sight of the snake scared me!i realli hate snakes...so slimy..but lyea was smiling when she saw the snakes.. we saw many kinds of monkeys, zebras, polar bears (nice!), jaguars (naz's fav!).. the most memorable encounter was the enclosure that we went into.. It had this mysterious feeling once u enter into it..no cages, so u can see the animals face to face..we saw really adorable mini mouse deers!so cute! n monkeys swinging here n there (eeek!).. & also racoons, butterflies etc etc.. I screamed when a spotted a tiny golden monkey right in front of me! hahaz... We ended our 'outing' with lovely treat from Samsung to Ben & Jerry's ice-cream! Yummy...

After that, me n Aggie rushed down to Mindy's place for dinner..I muz have caught a flu at the zoo, in the rain..cos @ her place, i felt super cold..i was shivering. I asked Josh if he felt cold, he said no, in fact its quite hot. Daniel could see that i looked pale already.. When i got home, i couldn take it anymore..so cold, i bathed in hot water n went to sleep..tested my temperature..39.5C! high fever!oh no... Too tired to think of anything so i jus slept..

On Sunday, I was still down with fever, skipped follow-up (sorry gals!) but went to church for service though.. the rest of my day was better la..we had lunch at jenny's place (thx Jenny!) & had Cg there too..some sharing + worship..then i met sul, yongling they all for dinner. (Yongling, i will be praying for u k?Everything is in God's hands!Don't worry!)

hahaz..im at hme now.Thought i could do without the doctor's but i guess i can't. Having bad sore throat now, yday could feel that im almost losing my voice when talking to custs, then keep on coughing and coughing..I feel quite bad also, cos i din noe sand n lyea also not coming work today..i think MC too...then later got training..but i cant go..don think mama will let me go out. Haiz..
