Seeking out of security..
=D I have been tidying up my study room recently..it feels very satisfying..hee..cos from very very untidy & with lots of my poly stuff all over my cupboard, i finally packed & throwed away the not impt stuff..hee..& i have categorized all my christian stuff into a big ring file..cant believe i actually have so much references & articles from church n crusade..hee!
Today on my way to work, i did my devotion with Daddy. =D on security..its very refreshing to start off my day with His word..hee..let me share with you..
"Isnt it great to have an earthly dad who cares? Isn it even greater to have a Heavenly Father who cares perfectly n all the time? Here are the verses of assurance:
-'I have set the Lord always before me.Because he is at my right hand,I will not be shaken'Psa16:8
-'For the king trusts in the Lord;thru the unfailing love of the Most High he will not be shaken'Psa21:7
-'So we say with confidence, 'The Lord is my helper,I will not be afraid.What can man do to me?'Heb13:6
The source of ultimate security is the Lord our God!
Reflection:Its ok to go to frens or family with our problems.But rmb this:ppl will eventually let you down. They have bad days and problems of their own. If your trust is in them alone, u will definitely be disappointed.Look first to the Lord.With Him as ur security, u won't fall apart when ur world does.
