My Fantabulous Week part 2

My Fantabulous Week part 2

Heez..let me cont part 2 of my fantabulous week.Here is what happened on Sunday:

A group of us went out with the Jap youths for dinner..went to crystal jade cos they wanted to try the porridge..=) I sat with Yuka & Ando..hee..We took quite a no. of pics as a grp too!

After that, we went to take 'pirikara'!...neoprint!!heez...there were like 11 of us squeezing in the small neoprint station!i couldn even squeeze in man!haiya..

The most exciting part of the day was when me, mindy & jan shared christ with Yuka!!cool!!wa..we talk lots of courage & faith to share christ with our new friend!We talked very very slowly so that Yuka could understand us..at times, she even took out her e-dictionary to check what the terms mean.We shared with her from how God created the earth,to Adam & Eve story, to how sin came into the world, to Jesus purpose on earth. She was very receptive to what we were saying (i think its the culture of the japs to be polite) Yuka also asked us qns on what would happen after we die..she tot that we would become human again after we die..so we explained to her about our temporary body & eternal spirit & heaven too..She asked us y we were so generous in sharing the gospel to her..so we told her that we haven taken this 'apple' ate it, benefited from it and so we wanna share it with her. Its only when she is willing to try & taste this apple that she would experience God's love & decide if she wants to be a Christian. When we led her to the pray the sinners prayer, she prayed together with us. happie rite?but when i ask her 'are you a chritian now?' she said 'no no no..too fast already' She drew a pic for us showing a person (now)& then a timeline..& a person with a bubble stating "i am a christian" & then another timeline to the end of our life with a cross there. She said now she is not ready to be a christian. Maybe 2 days, next yr or next time she will be a christian but not now..

Haiya..she rejected the gospel gently. But we believe that the seed has been sown & it will harvest its fruits in God's perfect timing. Praise God as she has taken the step of faith to start trying to pray, trying to read the Bible & go to church too..Pray for breakthroughs in her life that one day, Yuka will receive Christ one day!! =)

Me, Jan, Mindy, Frankie, John, Yuka, Yuji & Kaita hanged out til about 11 plus b4 we left for home..it was really 'yi yi bu she de li kai'..*tears* I miss them already! Hoping that they wil email me..Yuji & kaita emailed Frankie & Jan le..but i have yet to receive any mail from them..so sad.. =(
