Disgrace~

Just ended a call with cust..so fed up with her..feel that its such a disgrace that she is a Christian. Well, firstly I was given the number to call saying that I spoke to her previously (which i did not). but i called her anyway.

When she ans..she was bragging about my name,saying Grace means im a christian,im gracious,im compassionate..blah blah blah..Then she started her super long story that lasted 1/2 an hr!! She redeem her 3 vacuum cleaners from Shell & a rice cooker and when she used it, it was spoiled. All blown. Keep saying that its Samsung fault, that we gave her junk to use & now when wty is over, she have to pay for the labour. Then she say we give Shell discarded goods, we give them under table money for Shell to clear our products etc etc etc. She actually redeemed the product, left it one side at her home & just used it recently. All the vacuum cleaners spoil..motor blown..& her rice cooker rubber also spoil. & the worst of all, she don wanna pay for the labour!So she blamed Shell, she blamed Samsung..she din want to drive her car & bring down the 3 vacuum cleaners for repair..Wah..& she even say that she wanna tell her whole homecell not to buy Samsung products again! She was just going on & on..

I gave her the assurance that we give Brand New goods to customers & there is no such thing as under table money..if there are any thing that needs to be serviced, have to bring down to svc centre for repair.No other way..Then she was like saying 'I redeemed rubbish & now I have to pay for even more rubbish!Oh, I know how Samsung earns money already." When I told her that she would have to write in to us for any feedback, she said that 'thats your job!not mine.I believe after hearing my story, you would be able to write pages of feedback to Your management.'

I feel so disappointed in her & the words she used..Whats more impt, these material things or spiritual wealth?
