Feelings of Inadequecy..

Feelings of Inadequecy..
Frankie asked me many times to lead the CG.cos he is promoted as cluster leader so Jedidiah needs a leader.There is this fear within me that Im not able to lead well.I mean, everyone looks up to Frankie but will they look up to me?So much responsibility as a leader, decisions to make, to bond the whole CG together.And i have to learn how to handle without Frankie.haiz..I mean,he wil have so much responsibilities overseeing 4 CGs.I have to learn to be independent le..
I told Frankie that im not ready.He din push me but i noe its his prayer & desire that I walk right into the path of Jesus.So im still Lao er of Jedidiah!

While i was doing QT yday nite,here's e verse:

Jan challenged me once that as leaders the main objective is at the end of our ministry, we have done our job in pointing others to Jesus. It doesn matter much how they would think of u but how much they have grown in Christ.=) So true, yet im still struggling.I love Jedidiah so much that Im afraid I do not have what it takes to lead such a strong CG!

Do pray for me that I will embrace the truth that in my weakness,God will empower me & it will eventually be 1 of my strengths!
